30-day return policy

You’ve tried the product and aren’t thrilled with it?

That’s a shame, but it happens. You have 30 days after receiving the goods to return them to us, whether unopened or opened (but not empty), and we’ll refund the purchase price, guaranteed.

Return policy:

You have the right to return the item within 30 days of receipt. To meet the deadline, simply inform us of your intention to return the item via the email address below before the deadline expires.

Proceed:

1. Please send us an email to pureblissorganicsproduct@gmail.com

with the following information:

Order number (#….)

First and last name

Reason for return

2. After you have notified us of your return via email, you have 14 days to return your products. Return address: Kohlenweg 22, 5303 Würenlingen. 

Please note:

Products that have already been refunded in a previous order are excluded from the return option.

You are responsible for the return postage.

The refund will be issued to the same payment method you used for the purchase within 14 days of receiving the return.

Request a receipt from the shipping provider so that you can provide us with proof of your return upon request.
